The short version: if you fill in the form, your details come to me and go nowhere else. There is no tracking on this site.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form — your name, your business, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. Nothing is collected if you just read the site.

What I do with it

I read it and I reply to it. I use it to talk to you about building your website and for nothing else. I will not add you to a mailing list, and I will never sell or pass your details to anyone.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered by Formspree, who pass the message to my inbox, and my email provider stores it. Those are the only two, and both are used purely to get your message to me.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that turn into work I keep for as long as I am working with you and for six years afterwards, because that is what the taxman expects. Enquiries that go nowhere I delete within a year.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no tracking pixels, which is why there is no cookie banner. The only third-party request the site makes is to Google Fonts for the two typefaces.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email sambarrett.dev@gmail.com and I will sort it out. If you are not happy with how I have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk.
