The work
Three sites, three different jobs.
A builder who needed the phone to ring. A counsellor who needed calm. A software product that had to sell itself with nobody on the other end. All three are below, in full — hover to scroll through the whole page.
sebarrett-builders.co.uk

S E Barrett & Son
A thirty-year-old building firm that had no website at all. Now it has forty-five pages, every one of them pointed at getting the phone to ring.
- 45 pages — services, areas covered, past jobs and reviews
- Ranks for the villages and suburbs around Poole, not just "builder Dorset"
- Loads in under a second on a phone on mobile data
- Quote form and tap-to-call on every single page
true-u.org

True-U
A private counselling practice with a site that was doing too much at once. Rebuilt calm, with one clear path for people who are having a hard day.
- Rebuilt around one clear path: read, then get in touch
- A dedicated section for the twelve guided journals
- Signposting page for anyone who needs urgent help, not a booking
- Warm and calm rather than clinical — it had to feel like the practice
graft.app

Graft
My own product — an app that does a tradesperson's jobs, invoices and HMRC tax return. The site had to sell software to people who hate software.
- Sells a subscription product, not a phone call
- Explains Making Tax Digital in plain English on its own page
- Written for people on a roof, not people at a desk
- App Store links, email capture and pricing all above the fold
